Students at Holcomb Bridge Middle School participated in the annual Red Ribbon Week—a program started in 1985 as a campaign to educate children about the negative effects of drugs and alcohol—but this year, they were inspired by Roswell PD Officer Robert Colombo and his K-9 “Bart.”

Click on the link below, print out the order form, fill it out and enclose the form with $8.49 payment in an envelope and bring to the Media Center. All orders are due by October 25th!! The books will be shipped directly to the school and given to your homeroom teacher. Order form in English and in Español. More information about the Book Fair will be posted soon. Parents: Volunteers are needed to help set up, work during the Book Fair, and help pack up!

Red Ribbon Week began in 1985 as a campaign to educate our children about the negative effects of drugs and alcohol after D.E.A. Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena was killed by a drug cartel. Please show your support by talking with your children about how to live a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
Monday: Red Ribbon Week Kick-Off
Tuesday: Wear your favorite sports team apparel
Wednesday: Bring a new pair of socks for donation to North Fulton Community Charities AND wear your own red, crazy, or mis-matched socks
Friday: Wear something RED and/or your “Stick to a Good Plan” sticker and receive and I Care Buck

We need middle school girls to play Jr. Knights Basketball. Any ladies interested can just find their grade/team and go to a scheduled practice to join the team!
